Ahmedabad, October 06, 2025: York IE, a global product strategy, investment, and advisory firm based in Ahmedabad, recently hosted the second edition of PM Connect, its flagship knowledge-sharing event for product managers. The event brought together at least 70 professionals from several technology companies and startups across India.
PM Connect is York IE’s flagship series designed to foster learning, collaboration, and community among product managers and technology leaders. This year, the event was themed on ‘AI and the Future of Product Management’, and the session focussed on use of AI in the fast-evolving digital landscape to accelerate decision-making, product strategy and leadership.
The program featured three compelling sessions led by industry leaders. Mr Hemal Bhatt, Product Manager at IBM, introduced the EDGES Framework, a structured approach to building resilient and high-performing product teams. Mr Pratik Vohera, Chief Product Technology Officer at Pet Pooja, shared actionable insights on how AI can guide real-time product decisions, drawing from his experience scaling SaaS solutions in the F&B sector. Mr Shyamal Datta, Head of Product at a media house, concluded the series with an engaging talk on how AI is redefining core product management skills and shaping the mindset required to lead in this era of transformation.

The event concluded with a panel discussion, networking session, and an interactive activity where budding product managers showcased their skills. The day left participants with fresh perspectives and reinforced the growing importance of AI in shaping the future of product management.
